Plugs and Leads

Time for some plugs and leads, so whats the best choice?

Im thinking an 80mm lead of some sort?

I know JMM do the plugs and the leads for $150, so im tempted to just get a set from them, but then again ive read of people putting them on and their cars running like crap. XR6 spec spark plugs seem to make SFA difference too, and im not after ridiculous amounts of power, but if im gonna spend the money on it i may as well get some good stuff.

So any suggestions as to what to get in the way of plugs and leads? Brand names would be helpful too . EF I6 btw, so coilpack, not dizzy.
