Got the same thing on my right side, it sounds like its from the suspension but i dont think it is, think its got something to do with the seatbelt pretensioners, dont take it to ford because they will **** up your door trims trying to find what it is or they will just say theres no problem at all (lazy pricks)
in a couple days im going to take my bits of trim from near the drivers seatbelt and have a look to see whats knocking.
