When I was in England I rented an Mondeo 1800 that had a better top speed than my XR6. How do you get rid of the limiter and who will do it in Melbourne?

i second that hahaha. it would seem that he is!! btw... acceleration is where it's at on the road... top end speed just lands you without a license or in jail. (my 2 cents).
I could be very wrong with this, but i hear/thought the reason that the speedlimiters were fitted was that the tail shaft wasn't balanced, please someone correct me if i'm wrong.

The BA XR6 ute wont do 200, it will only do 180, no faster.
I had the Mondeo at 115mph on the M1. They arent so hung up about speed over there like they are here, everyone there seems to speed. 90mph is the norm.
