Re: misc new years cheer

"joe" is just the difference in setups between our desktop and laptop.
on the desktop i use my real name with the laptop setup slightly "joe"
anonymous as i used it for work travelling all over the west coast for
the past few months going from one wireless (motel) network to the next.
at home the desktop is fed via ether from a wireless router and the
laptop has a wireless adaptor so we can internet all over the house.
since i showed as joe that particular message came off of the laptop. i
hadnt thought to change the email settings but i will. i bailed that job
12/2.
like you, i hadnt stopped to consider the damage from katrina aside from
the impact to people and animals. there is so much more to that story.
i did see my power steering parts on the floor in the muck. those and
i'm thinking the rear end will have to be *re* disassembled. damn...it
seems like i have done that once already haha
i'm thinking the rear end vent hose wasnt in place and i expect water
weeped in. no biggie.
just as long as it makes this years hot august nights event in reno!
thanks for the suggestion on the paperwork.....i'll do that tomorrow.
