Bronco Engine help

I have a 1988 Bronco Push-Button 4wd and whenever i start it up and put it in gear once i get up past a certain rpm there is a loud clicking sound...its not very very fast but its pretty click maybe 1 a second or so...i have checked all the motor mounts and they are all good...i also looked doen in the transmission pan and changed the transmission filter and fluid but it still clicks...doesnt matter if it is forward or reverse once it gets past a certain rps it will start clicking...it does not make the sound in neutral but it will make the sound if i hold the brake and rev it up...any ideas?
