That is pretty clever. Recently in MOTOR, they speed tested the F6 and the Clubbie in very hot weather (40 degrees). Both cars recorded slower than usual times (13.9 for F6 vs 14 for the Clubsport). Both cars are capable of low to mid 13's. MOTOR also tested a Mk2 GT and XR8 in similar hot conditions from memory last year obtaining 13.8 for the GT and 13.9 for the XR8. These times were on par with times obtained in average cooler conditions. All other LS1 and LS2 powered cars recorded slower than normal times suffering from the heat.
MOTOR stated the V8 Fords consistantly performed much better than the turbo and alloy engine cars in the heat. Food for thought.
I do however notice my GT feels more responsive on cooler evenings and i'm sure the F6 would be a hoot!
