I do however notice my GT feels more responsive on cooler evenings and i'm sure the F6 would be a hoot!

I have got an XR6T and have noticed it struggles a bit in the heat. Still a great car though.
On the subject of GTs I have just bought a brand new BA mark 2 with a 6 speed manual. I was planning on buying and XR8 this year but the GT was a great deal. Pick it up next week and cant wait. Its my first V8 so I am glad I got something different than an XR8 as in NZ you dont see that many GTs.
