Re: f250 4x4 shift on the fly not working properly
Might help to give us the year of your truck. Assuming it's a 98+ Superduty,
the auto hubs are notorious for going south. If you lock them manually you
will have 4wd. I have a similar problem with my '02, but my hub dials are
seized and I can't get them out of auto, meaning when the auto lock finally
dies I won't have 4wd at all. Will be replacing the hubs locks with Warn
manual locks soon.
