mchildress Registered User Join Date: Feb 2006 Posts: 2	E4OD taking off in 4TH gear My 97 F350 has started a part time problem of taking off in 4th gear when in Drive.You can manually shift 1st,2nd,and Drive.The OD light works but is not flashing any codes nor getting any check engine light codes.The fluid is good and does not smell burnt.I'v checked the wiring going to the trans and all appears ok. __________________ 95 F350 7.3 Diesel 5SPD SRW//97 F350 Diesel Auto 4x4 SRW
