NCREDNECK,,i have the same problem with my 1997 4.6 f-150 and i posted it on here and never did get a response from anyone,maybe we are the the only one thats had this problem.mine started running rough and still runs rough after new tuneup,complete fuel system flush.new air filters,new fuel filters,plentum gasket,whatever someone said it was i had it done,,,, i still got a bad miss,the other day i went about 10 miles not a single miss,,then i stopped for a stopsign,and took off and it started missing and still is,,,i dont know what to do,,,ill let you know if i get mine figured out.
