depends on how you define spoiler, If it is the Tickford optioned front spoiler this screws to the front of the wheel arch (3 screws each side) and bolts through at regular gaps to the bottom section. If this is loose it would be just a case of tightening these bolts.
If it's the front panel (lights/bumper assy) this also bolts to the guards/radiator support panel. you'll have to remove the plastic panels in the front of the wheel arch to reach the bolts. The front panel actually seperates just above the bumper section with screws and speed clips maybe some of these are broken. the Gregorys Workshop manual (about 30 bucks) is a good start whilst it's basically for the standard EF it does explain how to remove the front panels etc.
Yeah it's pretty good when you see how much plastic is on these cars, you've only got to remove those scrivets once and they never tighten back up
New ones will probably help (short of pop rivets or self tapers)
