I had a simular problem that started a few months after I change my plugs and wires. The code I kept getting was misfire #1cyl.After buy another set of factory wires it stopped for a few months but came back.After checking injector and wires Ipulled the "new"plug to find out that after a while the plug was firing through the insolator to the head.I replaced the plug and it corrected the problem. GOOD LUCK!
