Pennywishbone Registered User Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1	Expy Surging - Going to Crash 2001 Expy - Surges every few months. Have no pattern. It can be driven for a long time then surges or short distances and surges. Will surge when foot on brake also. Has been to the dealer, but as we all know they must witness the surge. VERY UNSAFE - HELP - I have been on the TSB and have seen other that have the problems -
