I have asked some friends about the problem and have gotten two different answers. One was the floater is bad and the other is the fuel system controller or something like that is bad. No I know it is not out of gas and reading wrong when it says half a tank, because I only get about 100-125 miles for the half tank. So I ask anyone here if they know what the problem might be. Thanks
At a guess I think you might have to look at the pickup point and see why it is sticking , maybe pull it and check ?
