UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
I did change the oil pan gasket a second time. After changing the gasket, I monitored the pan almost daily for several weeks. And then finally, I saw where the oil was seeping from ............... at a small spot just above the oil pan where the engine front cover attaches to the block.
Replacing the gasket on the engine front cover will be a major undertaking and I will avoid this if at all possible. For now, the seepage is at a very sloooooow rate, but I will attempt to stop it with a little silicone sealant. Check out my photos at the following site:

Unless I am wrong, the oil is under no pressure inside the crankcase and is simply being "slung" around by the engine, timing chains, etc. Therefore, the seepage can possibly be slowed or stopped from the outside, as shown in my photos???????? Any experts care to comment on this one????? I am sure hoping this is a possibility!
