88 bronco fuel injection problem

Hey everyone I have a 88 bronco with a 302. The truck was given to me by a friend, it had been sitting for 2 years because it wouldnt start (figures). I started with the usual suspects, the fuel pump and checking for spark..had both. The fuel pump was not coming on with the key so i jumped the relay and that worked and what ive come to conclude is that It has good fuel pressure at the test point and it has spark because it will start for a second with starting fluid. The problem is the injectors are not pulsing and I dont understand why. Ive also changed the computer and the control module from a running parts truck and that didnt cure the problem. There is 12 volts at the injectors too but theyre just not firing. I could guess a sensor but I dont know where to start. Any ideas guys?
