Have you tried removing the wheels and checking it's all square ?
I removed the wheels last night while it was jacked up, I had it in gear and running as I watched it. I could see the axle wobble where the tire bolts on, it feels like the bearings are tight so I dont think its a bearing problem. There are tons of pot holes in the roads around here, never thought of bending an axle from those, I know ive had trouble keeping tires balanced which I assume is also coming from the pot holes.
