I think the 220kw XR8s will be collectable in the same way that an ED XR8 Sprint is today. (ie you still pay $10k for a straight one). Its the last 302W in any factory production car anywhere, hand built "traditional V8" motors with the builder's signature on a placard and the last cars made by Tickford all add up to collectable status in my opinion. At the very least they'll hold their value very well.
In fact, I just bought one! (AU2 220kw auto) for $14k - a performance car bargain or what?
