As for the tilt...it sounds like it has it. Push the lever toward the dash and push up or pull down on the steering wheel. They dont normally break.

As for a gas light...no it does not have a gas light. There will be a loud shrieking sound when it only has 1 gallon left and your far away from a gas station. JK no it doesnt lol.

The clicking you hear on the ac is the clutch engaging and dis-engaging. This could be a low charge or a bad sensor in the condensor. It may also be the compressor. Have it checked for leaks with a sniffer and go from there. Be prepared to spend some cash though. Just a recharge at a service center will run around 300.00.

I wouldnt recharge it again until I was sure it was in good shape.
