Well, I was a somewhat "disappointed" CVT customer when I had my Ford Edge.

I know it is supposed to get better mpg, but I was averaging about 15 mpg and that was very conservative driving. I actually read somewhere that if you keep the RPM's around or under 2000 that would yield the best mpg. Not for my Edge?

I am really hoping to see better mpg with this Five Hundred! I will have to register it on Fuel Economy and track the mpg there. (great website)

It was pretty smooth, just not as efficient as it claimed (for me)
