What you describe sounds to me like a pilot bearing problem. From memory, this bearing has a very weak cage that gets easily damaged by the input shaft when installing the gearbox if the person doing it is not carefull. And if the vibration wasn't there before the clutch was changed you'd think it's got something to do with the work they've done. I've seen it happen many times. Pull the box out and look through the centre of the clutch assembly to see if there are missing needles or a damaged cage. cheers
