You are aware that this is the engine that is blowing spark plugs out of the head, right? That means you have to be VERY careful when removing the old plugs. Ford advises that you soak the plugs with a rust penetrant (PB Blaster or FreezeOff) and let it sit for at least 15 mins. Then loosen the plug 1/8 turn. Soak some more and then turn back in before you back out 1/4 turn. Keep doing that back and forth until the plug comes out. Make sure you apply anti-seize on the new plugs and USE a torque wrench to make sure you apply only enough torque to hold them in place. Too much and you'll strip out the threads. Not enough and they loosen up and blow out.

P.S. reduce torque by 10% when you are using anti-seize.
