Sorry bro, but this won't work. Maybe as a temporary measure it'll stop the water that's coming from the engine bay side, but these panels you're looking at are not the actual panels that need to be sealed, it's the ones just behind them. I've tried different things on separate occassions, even removing the guards to seal from the outside, and none of them have worked. I know it's a pain in the @$$ but you'll have to pull the dash out to do it properly. If you wanna try the panels you mention go for it and see if the leak stops. you've got nothing to loose anyway...

I'm affraid that's correct. You'll have to take the car back to where you bought it from, but if I were you I'd call them first and them about what's covered by that warranty and what's not, and maybe save yourself the trip.cheers
