If you get it to come on again, consider yourself lucky and DO NOT TURN IT OFF(all the way) UNTILL YOU PULL THE IGNITION CYLINDER!!! Then replace. You could try some WD40 in the cylinder and move the key quickly in and out several times.If you get it to turn, get it replaced by a locksmith asap and don't turn it all the way off.
