Przybyla Registered User Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 1	2000 Explorer hood won't open I pull the hood release lever and nothing happens. The cable appears to be stretched but not broke. Anyone know how to tighten the cable from outside the hood or know another way to get the open? Thanks.
