Strait 6 Help

I have a 3.9L MPEFI EA S-pack 4spd auto sedan with 3.23 (manual) diff ratio.
I'm planning on fitting the EA 3.9L head on an EF 4.0L block but sticking to the EA timming case and belt system. my question is witch camshaft to use? I here the EBII is the better one but the EA cam has more lift, will there be enough valve clearance? any suggestions would be much appreciated.

OT: After the engine is fitted i'll look into retrofitting an EF intake, i'm also aware that the AU thermo fans will fit right in without having to change to EF timming case and beft system.
