hi, yes use the ef/l head, ea comb chamber hurts flow(too much valve shrouding). fit the ef/l intake(watch out for isc to bonnet clearance!) and use el engine wiring harness and computer(ef if you want to change to coil pack ignition). the el computer is, basically just smarter than the ea/b/d computer so it is capable of running a more modded engine. use 2222519 crow cam and pace maker 4480 extractors with 2.5 inch exhaust with ultraflow muffler. use the el intake tube and air box(not pod filter) and ensure lots of cold air via good intake snorkel(ss inductions or similar) then it will go well! you then have more scope for future mods such as bigger cam etc as the ef/l computer can then be tuned better aswell. thanx.
