Help!!!!!!!
I have a 96 3.0. It has been a good truck but that damned alert ringer that goes off every time I so much as sneeze is driving me insane. To make it worse it is defective and goes on sometimes for as long as 5 minutes after I close the door. And yes, I am VERY certain that the doors are both completely closed. I would prefer Chinese water torture to this.
How do I disconnect it? I can't even find the damned thing so far. I pulled the fuse for it but that also shuts off the dome light and other things.
Help me before I find myself up in a tower with a rifle.
