wont start, fresh port job
Okay so I have a 94 Mustang base with a 3.8L V6. I did a port mtaching job over the weekend which included upper and lower intake manifolds, aswell as both cylinder heads intake and exhaust sides, I also touched up 2 corners on the combustion side to make make it fit the cylinder. We also cut the exhust off after the o2 sensors. when we started to reassembly every thing it was a pain in the ass but we got it. the only thing was that the EGR valve was about half an inch to an inch away from where it goes on the manifold we were able to basicly push it over enough to get a bolt in but its not exactly flush with the intake manifold. The car also is not showing a check engine light. the car started up and ran fine at first but died during the test drive, and then was unable to refire. WTF???? THaNKS in advance any help is greatly apprecaited.
