well i'm new to this site and have an 89 fullsize wich now has a blown motor. but it is a clean truck and had the same problem with the 4wheel drive. previous owner said it just needed a fuse, but i did'nt get to try before the engine went. but hey we'll all learn together. bronco's are great trucks and tons of fun. good luck with yours
