jmanfish Registered User Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: NT, Canada Posts: 7	Re: Ford Escape 2004 Won't start after being idle for 1 year if it has an electronic immobilizer, yes it does cut the fuel off. and it has to do a lot with the alarm... turning the car on without the alarm properly deactivating the immobilizer results into exactly this, no fuel.
