Packraat Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 1	99 Crown vic I hope someone can help with this really annoying problem. I have a 99 crown vic with 211k miles on it, just recently it started this really odd thing. Once the gas gauge gets to half a tank, it starts missing and losing power. I have replaced the gas cap as suggested by a mechanic, and this has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
