Thanks for your reply, the most weight I have had in the car is 4 adult people and that's not very offen, main use is to and from work.

when I had a look at it at the weekend, as I thought it was the locking nut had come loose, it looked like the outside bearing of the brum was tappered but I could be wrong as I didn't remove the drum, it's the inner bearing which has gone, thought it was best to leave it and take it back to them, surely tho if this was on the way out it would have been picked up when serviced it, as part of the service is to check all bearings, 2000 miles is not a lot, but again I could be very wrong, not worked in a garage for 10years so I know alot will have changed, I suppose I'm just suspect that a very short time after kwikfit having the car it go's wrong.
