Nice mods on that! Going to larger diameter tires shouldn't affect fuel economy too much with the 4.10's if you don't go with an aggressive tread design. Even if you add 1" in height with the 4.10's you'll still get descent performance and be able to handle heavier loads with ease when the need arises. I don't think the EPA should rate trucks for mileage, I find people buy a truck for what it is, a truck, not an economy vehicle. Compromises aside, you should post up some photos of that baby!
