Re: What type of Oil do you use ?
Used Shell Helix Plus 15W 50 in my EF for about 7 years, with no problems. Decided to try Valvoline engine Armour 15W 40 recently in the EF and my AU wagon, and Im happy with this oil as well. Its slightly cheaper than the Helix, but with the same performance rating (ACEA A3 B3), so why pay more. And being a 15W 40, it will have less viscosity additives than a 15W 50, meaning more oil and less additives to break down.
