confused Tire Pressure Sensor Fault

Help! I have a '05 Explorer XLT, 4.0. A month ago first a message came up on the info center saying "tire pressure fault" and then, "low tire pressure". I've taken it to the dealer 7 times now and the dumb sob's give it back saying it's fixed, but 20 minutes later, the same thing. Last episode was today, now saying they changed the module, and 20 minutes out, same warning message! I live in Panama and have had an Explorer for years. Never had a problem before. 2 years ago they changed the dealer ownership along with the entire service center staff and then the problems started! They are as dumb as can be! Anyone have any idea what it could be? I seem to think if someone from the U.S. came and checked it out, they'd have the answer in a jif! Help, tell me what to tell them in order to get it fixed! Thanks.
