Hi, you should check Kelly blue book (kbb.com) and also edmunds.com to see what other users have said. I have a feeling the 02 with that many miles on it might have issues with the transmission. I would go for an 05 or later if you can afford one. To me, unless its been looked after well it sounds expensive, but then again what do i know lol.
