texmexharley Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 2	Re: 2003 Navigator Stalling Well, I was able to read other posts concerning this issue with Expeditions and Navigators and went ahead and replaced the IAC (Idle Air Control Valve). Purchased it locally for $42 and put it in in under 15 minutes. So far no problems!!! What a relief.......
