Ok. According to Alldata, it's useless to time the motor without the tools. Tell your mechanic to see his MAC Tools dealer about a MFC1100 kit. It's a Ford camshaft timing tools set. Looking at the tool list and illustrations on Alldata and the picture of the kit in the MAC catalog the kit has all the tools you need.
