frown Mondeo LX 2.0l (yr 2000) issues when accelerating on Motorway(freeway)

Hi,

I have a year 2000 model Mondeo LX 2.0l (petrol) automatic transmission

After a recent servicing, the car has the following weird problem

When i start up the car in the morning, and drive 20 kms along the free way (at 100kmph) it runs all fine, smooth, no issues

however, should i decide to exit the motorway and then re-enter the motorway, the issue starts.

The car accelerates upto 80kmph, and when i try to push it over that, all hell breaks loose

the car bucks, jerks (like what happens when u drive a manual car at a high speed and then accidentally switch to a lower gear)

It refuses to go over 90 (the bucking increases to scary levels... like someone is pressing the brakes!)

i left it with mechanical repair specialists for a week, but they were simply unable to diagnose/replicate the issue

Anyone here with a similar experience?
Any ideas whats wrong with the car??

Thanks in advance!
