Contact Ford's head office in Michigan and/or take it to another dealer for a second opinion. In my area alone there are 3 dealers (one SVT). Take the car through an automated car wash and see if the sunroof problem persists when you drive away. If it does, then tell the service manager to go along with you through the wash so he/she can see what you're talking about.
