Losing Transmission Fluid

I have a F350 Super Duty Powerstroke. While pulling a camper in the mtn, transmission overheated, and lost fluid. Transmission cooler was stopped up, fixed that, and also added an aux cooler. After driving for about an hour, od starts flashing, and losing fluid again. No problems with transmission shifting.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

If you lose enough fluid and you have an automatic transmission (so I'm guessing), the transmission will eventually not be able to hold gears and run in a sort of fail safe mode (neutral) and you'll be immobile. I'd start with an underbody check and make sure the transmission seals are in good order. Overheating shouldn't cause that much of a fluid loss. If the transmission overheats on a regular basis I'd get it in for a service and full diagnostic.
