The starter relay is in under the hood in the relay box. This should be documented in the owners manual. You can pull the relay out and jumper 12V top the relay output connector to see if the starter solenoid will pull in. If it does not and just clicks one time the starter is bad, if it rapidly clicks then there is either a battery or cable problem.
