Rear seat cushion needs to be removed (Front should just pull up while pushing rearward), then the rear seat back (fold down rear seat backs and remove the bolts), then the quarter interior panels (just clipped in, pull them out), then the package tray can be lifted and removed (may be a few push pins holding it). Now the nuts are accessible.
