No the tire will list a Max operating pressure. Most passenger tires will list a max psi of 35psi. Now heavy duty tires such as a 6 ply would have a greater max pressure.
We have a 05 F350 dually that runs Firestone Transforce HT's and the tire reads; Max Load Dual - 2910lbs @ 80psi. We only run around 50 in each but can safely run up to 80psi.
Go up to the max air pressure reading on the tire but don't exceed that pressure.
