Question throttle body q

If you tighten your idle screw all the way down, and start to unscrew it, how many turns would you say it takes to have it at a normal idle? Just wondering cause mine was unscrewed all the way. Wasnt even touching the throttle and i want to put it where its suppost to be. Right now with it in gear(holding the brake) its at about 300-400rpm. Is that normal or a little low? Before i adjusted it my car was shaking and constantly wanting to almost die while it was in gear, idling. its not shaking all the time now. Just half the time. So you can tell its still a little off.

My 83 Lesaber idles at 500rpm in gear and holding the brake.
