I had the same problem on my 2000 expedition, if you replace the coil pack on cylinder 6 it will fix the problem, the only bad news that I have for you is that once you replace one of them slowly the others will start to die out and you will get the misfire on another cylinder until you replace all of them. Don't spend all the money to replace them all at one they run about 50.00 each, just replace them as you need to.
