Start by checking the tail/brake light bulbs. If they are not working, the dash lights go out. I don't know about the ABS light flashing, but the dash 'lights-out' may just be a warning that you have no reds at the rear.
A pretty cheap fix if you didn't do some wiring damage during the pull.
