Startup Issues on 91 5.0

Hi, new to the forums here. I have a little problem, and was wondering if anybody could help me out. I've been working on a 91 tbird with the factory anti theft system for about 2 weeks now, trying to figure out what is going on.

It all started when I decided to change the heater core. As everyone knows, you have to pull the dash out to get to the damn thing. Well all of that went fine. Unplugged the battery first thing, got everything out, and back in without a hitch. Plugged everything back in, and tried to start it. Nothing. No click no nothing. All the interior lights work, the head lamps, the brake lights (cept one is burnt.) The turn signals are mysteriously not working either. Checked their fuse, and its fine.

Anyway, I went and got some wiring diagrams from the library and started checking stuff with my multi meter. Everything seems to have power where it should. Checked the ignition switch, it seemed fine, but went ahead and replaced it anyway. The solinoid is fine, the starter itself is fine jumped with the solenoid, with the 2 positives, and 12v to the ignition trigger. I went back over all the wiring, and everything is plugged in and looks good. Checked all the relays, and they are good also. Checked them with a multi meter and a 9 volt battery to trip the trigger.

I didnt mess with the neutral safety switch at all, so that shouldnt be my problem. The light for the alarm in the cluster flashes, but its just a steady rate. when I shut the doors, the light goes off. when i try to start it, the light comes on solid. Also, when I turn the key to the start position, the radio goes out, then comes back on after I release the switch. Im starting to suspect the alarm has something to do with this, but other then that, Im really at a loss here, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
