1989 Ford F250 Reg cab Longbed nobturbo 7.3
Hi I just bought my first ford truck and i was wondering if it is a mono or twin i beam, how could i figure it out? I was also wondering if there is a 3 inch body kit for a diesel.i know i mentioned it in the title but it is a red 1989 Ford F250 regular cab Long bed non turbo 7.3L with plow hookups dual fuel tanks, was also wondering if any one knows about my mpg how i could increase it what are some steps to make it better? some inexpensive ways at first Thank you for all of your time and patiance i know this is pretty long sorry and thanks CONFUSED IN VIRGINIA
